- Check-out: from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Late check-out available upon request and subject to availability.
- Wi-Fi: network: “leshautsdesancerre” — no password required.
- Bar: open from 8:00 a.m. to 11:30 p.m.
- Recycling: a recycling bin is available at the reception.
- Laundry / Dry Cleaning Service: available Tuesday to Saturday. Laundry dropped off before 6:00 p.m. (Monday to Friday) will be ready the next day from 9:00 a.m. (Tuesday to Saturday).
For same-day service, please drop off your laundry before 9:00 a.m. (Tuesday to Friday) for collection at 6:00 p.m. - Tourist Tax: €2.37 per person, per night.

As part of our commitment to reducing waste, towels will only be replaced if left on the floor and bed linens are changed every two days unless guests specifically request otherwise.
