Born from the sea
Millions of years ago, Sancerre lay beneath an ocean. As the sea receded, it shaped the terroirs that today give birth to the great wines of the appellation. It is this geological memory that inspires our cuisine. Across three, four or five courses, each menu offers a unique experience. The four- and five-course menus offer a choice between meat and fish, with a vegetarian alternative available for each.
