Les Hauts de Sancerre is perched above the vineyards in the heart of the Loire Valley, in the heart of the historic village of Sancerre and two hours from Paris.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is from 4:00 pm until 11 pm, and check-out is from 8 am until 12:00 pm. Early check-in and late check-out may be arranged upon request and availability. Please note that a credit card will be requested upon arrival as a guarantee for the duration of your stay.
Does the hotel offer parking?
Yes, we offer complimentary private parking for our guests during the first year following the opening.
Is the hotel suitable for families?

Yes, our gastronomic restaurant, overseen by Chef Arnaud Munster, offers refined, seasonal cuisine inspired by the region’s rich terroir. Please note that the restaurant is open to external guests.

Our dry cleaning service operates Tuesday to Saturday.
Laundry dropped off by 6:00 pm (Mon–Fri) is ready next day from 9:00 am (Tue–Sat).
For same-day service, drop off by 9:00 am (Tue–Fri) for pickup at 6:00 pm.

How can I get to the hotel from Paris?
A car ride would take you about 2 hours. You can also take a direct regional train (TER) from Paris-Bercy Station to Tracy-Sancerre, which takes around 1 hour 50 minutes. From the station, a taxi or private transfer will get you to the hotel in about 10 minutes.

The closest station is Tracy-Sancerre, located approximately 6 km from the hotel (about a 10-minute drive).

Can guests visit the Tour des Fiefs?
Yes. This historic monument — the last remaining tower of Sancerre’s medieval castle, built in the late 14th century — stands 40 meters high and offers breathtaking views over the Loire Valley and the Sancerre vineyards.
It is accessible from 6:00 pm until sunset if the weather allows it.
Is there a fitness room?
Yes, it is located on the ground floor and is freely accessible to all guests. Equipment includes a stationary bike, rowing machine, wall bars, abdominal bench, weights, and yoga mats.
